About the author

David K. Brown served in the U.S. Navy for over three decades and has significant command, operations, and education and training experience. He was employed by Dynamics Research Corporation supporting Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces and Navy Warfare Development Command. He joined the federal service and is a Naval Warfare Analyst at Navy Warfare Development Command.
